Common acne, their symptoms and Form

Acne vulgaris (also known as acne vulgaris) is an inflammatory disease of the skin, caused by changes in the pilo-sebaceous units (skin structures consisting of a hair follicle and its associated sebaceous gland).

Acne lesions are commonly referred to as pimples, spots or zits.
The condition is more common in puberty, especially among Western societies most likely due to greater genetic predisposition.

The appearance of acne is considered an abnormal response to normal levels of the male hormone testosterone.

Acne in most people diminishes over time and tends to disappear, or at least decrease after one reaches twenty. However, there is no way to predict how long it will take to clear acne or eliminated entirely, and some individuals will continue to suffer from acne decades later, maybe even thirty or forty years or even a few you may suffer longer .

Acne affects a large percentage of humans at some point in their lives.

The most common form of acne is known as "acne vulgaris" or "common acne."

This type of acne is taken for excessive oil secretion of the sebaceous glands and their combination with dead skin cells to block the hair follicles.

It also appears in some cases a keratinization process (the process by which skin cells are replaced horn) defective in the skin, which causes the detachment of abnormal skin covering pores.

Oil secretions build up beneath the blocked pore, providing a perfect environment for bacteria (Propionibacterium) is how acne skin multiply uncontrollably.

In response, the skin inflames, producing the visible lesion, mainly affecting the face, chest, back, shoulders and arms.

Typical acne lesions are comedones, papules, pustules, nodules and inflammatory cysts.

The most common form of presentation are pus-filled bumps or red. Those not inflamed sebaceous cysts are more correctly called epidermal cysts, which occur either in association with acne or alone but are not a constant occurrence.

After treating injuries and achieve clear acne, unsightly scars often remain, so it is time to start a new treatment for acne scars.
